Les Deux Vergers is located in the most prestigious residential location of Brussels, namely Uccle near the Observatoire. On the Avenue Statuaires there will be 3 loose-standing pavilion buildings in private gardens and 4 single-family homes on private estates, closed off from the street. The other 3 apartment pavilions will be built on the Avenue Groeselenberg.
Les Deux Vergers is a project that focuses on intimacy: small pavilions designed by famous Swiss architect Roger Diener comprising only 5 apartments each, in a quiet, private garden designed by Günther Vogt (Tate Modern, London).
Open, flexible plans and oversized terraces create a sense of space but also of privacy and cosiness. The general approach is one of refinement and understatement, a mark of self-confident luxury.
